The project has aimed to promote evidence based policy making and policy learning among the Visegrad countries. It has initiated dialogue between local think tanks by collecting empirical research in three policy areas and organising two workshops to discuss results and formulate policy recommendations.
The workshops covered the following areas:
(1) public education reforms
(2) activating the long term unemployed
SGI has participated in the area of long term unemployment. Our senior research fellow Lucia Mýtna Kureková took part in the relevant workshop and contributed to the policy brief preparation.
