She is involved with SGI since 2007. Her main fields of interest include higher education, modernization of civil service, specifically human capacity development in public service. She received MA degree in International Relations and European Studies from Central European University in Budapest and in Psychology from Comenius University in Bratislava. Before starting professional career she devoted number of years to higher education politics as a member of academic senates and as a chairperson of Student Council of Higher Education Institutions of Slovakia, so as the highest representative of students in Slovakia.

She contributed to transformation of the property of former Communist Youth Organization into Foundation called Intenda, which nowdays serves the actual needs of childern and youth. She co-established first ranking agency of Slovak higher education institutions – Academic Rankning and Rating Agency. During her work at the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family she negotiated the position of the Ministry on national and European level on EU Financial Perspective for years 2007 – 2013.

From March 2006 till November 2006 she very successfully managed the Human Technical Assistance Project financed from the World Bank. The project objective was to develop institutional capacity for evidence-based policy making in the social affaires and employment sector and in the education sector. As an SGI partner, she is a member of civic organization SGI and she is responsible for project management and research. She regularly provides media with opinions on developments in higher education sector.
